Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Journal Entry Management: Prepare, review, and post daily journal entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to arenaflex’s accounting standards.
  • Month‑End Close: Participate in the month‑to‑month bookkeeping close cycle, including reconciliation of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and analysis of variances.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial reports, expense analyses, and management dashboards for the Corporate Expense Division.
  • Audit Support: Conduct internal audits of ledger entries, verify data integrity, and respond to audit inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to bookkeeping procedures, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other finance teams, regional offices, and business units to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure consistent data flow.

Essential Qualifications
