What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members, helping them schedule transportation, resolve concerns, and understand the full range of services available to them. Your role is critical to ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, empathy, and accuracy.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Member Engagement: Receive incoming calls and inquiries from members in a courteous, professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and documenting every detail accurately and promptly.
  • Trip Coordination & Data Entry: Ensure that all transportation trip data is entered correctly into our systems, following arenaflex’s established procedures to maintain operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Issue Resolution: Address member concerns directly whenever possible, and when an issue requires additional expertise, refer it to the appropriate department for thorough investigation and timely follow-up.
  • Member Education: Walk members through their insurance coverage, explain the scope of available transportation services, and help them understand how to maximize their benefits.
  • Multitasking & System Navigation: Efficiently navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously to pull information, verify eligibility, and provide accurate answers without sacrificing quality or speed.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to arenaflex’s quality standards and protocols on every interaction, contributing to our reputation for service excellence.
  • High-Volume Call Handling: Manage a steady volume of calls — potentially 100 or more per day — while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
  • Independence & Accountability: Operate effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and proactively seeking solutions.

What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of related experience, with a minimum of six months in a contact center, customer service, or call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, empathetically, and professionally.
  • Organizational Strength: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus or accuracy.
  • Typing Proficiency: Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
