What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email, phone, chat, and virtual meeting platforms, delivering timely, courteous, and professional responses to all inquiries.
  • Address and resolve client issues, concerns, and requests with empathy, efficiency, and a solutions-driven mindset, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Travel Booking, Planning, and Coordination

  • Assist clients with end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, excursions, and detailed itineraries.
  • Research, compare, and recommend travel options tailored to client preferences, budget, and timeline, leveraging industry tools and supplier networks.
  • Coordinate complex multi-leg travel plans, including international bookings, visa documentation guidance, and travel insurance options when appropriate.
  • Proactively communicate travel updates, changes, and disruptions to clients, offering alternative solutions as needed.
  • Stay informed about travel industry trends, destination insights, and supplier promotions to provide expert recommendations to clients.

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communications across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain documentation, reports, presentations, and proposals to support consultants and project leads.
  • Assist senior consultants with project coordination, follow-up tasks, and research initiatives.
  • Provide responsive and reliable support to team members across departments, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing remote culture.

Data Entry and Information Management

  • Accurately input, update, and manage client and operational data in company systems, databases, and project management platforms.
  • Maintain organized digital records and ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies.
