Schedule and Work Environment

  • Office Rotation: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday at our centrally located Irvine, California office

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary mission is to deliver outstanding support while processing product-related inquiries and complaints across multiple communication channels.   • Processing Product Complaints: Handling incoming product complaints through queues, email, chat, and other communication channels with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintaining Positive Customer Experiences: Investigating each complaint thoroughly and resolving issues in a timely, courteous, and empathetic manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Database Management: Accurately updating internal databases with pertinent details, product information, and resolution notes to maintain data integrity
