Core Responsibilities

  • Press Relations Management: Coordinate with producers, talent, and media partners to schedule press visits, screenings, and reviews. Maintain and update press list databases, track attendance, and generate post‑event reports.
  • Event Coordination: Organize regional screenings, oversee logistics for local activations, and support the planning of press days and film festivals. Ensure all resources are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams, multicultural public relations groups, and external agencies to guarantee seamless execution of campaigns and events.
