At arenaflex, we blend precision‑driven aviation expertise with a warm, hospitality‑focused mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to safety, excellence, and genuine care.

Why This Role Matters

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative (CSR) within our Premium Service Provider (PSP) team, you will be the welcoming face of arenaflex. You will interact with pilots, crew members, passengers, and a wide variety of visitors, ensuring that each touchpoint—whether it’s a quick fuel transaction or a complex concierge request—is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and a smile. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high‑standard reputation that makes arenaflex the preferred partner for aviation professionals worldwide.

Role Overview

The Seasonal CSR position is a dynamic, fast‑paced role that blends front‑line hospitality with behind‑the‑scenes administrative precision. You will work closely with fellow team members, airport staff, vendors, and external partners to deliver seamless service, manage transactions, and uphold the safety and security standards that define arenaflex’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • First‑Impression Excellence: Greet every visitor—pilots, crew, passengers, and vendors—with a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor that embodies arenaflex’s brand values.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, sharing information efficiently across the FBO, internal departments, and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience by recommending additional arenaflex services such as lounge access, catering, ground transportation, and hotel reservations.
  • Inquiry & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to questions and concerns from customers, vendors, and colleagues, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Transaction Management: Accurately receive, dispatch, and process fuel purchases, retail transactions, and other service orders in strict accordance with arenaflex’s procedures.
  • Facility Knowledge: Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of arenaflex’s facilities, services, website resources, and local area attractions to answer guest inquiries confidently.
  • Concierge Services: Arrange hotel stays, ground transportation, catering, customs appointments, and other personalized services as requested by guests.
  • Pilot Support: Assist pilots with airport access information, weather updates, portal navigation, and computer usage to streamline their operations.
  • Luggage & Aircraft Assistance: Help with luggage handling, aircraft marshalling, wing walking, placement of chocks and cones, and provide support to line service personnel when needed.
  • Safety & Emergency Protocols: Follow established emergency response procedures, participate in safety drills, and act decisively during critical events.
  • Facility Upkeep: Conduct daily inspections of assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with regulatory standards; replenish complimentary beverages and supplies as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to arenaflex’s standards, administrative processes, and facility operations to management.
  • Security Compliance: Adhere to all physical, cyber, and data security protocols, safeguarding both guest information and operational integrity.
  • Accurate Record‑Keeping: Document work hours, activities, and services performed with precision, supporting transparent reporting and operational analysis.
