As a Temporary Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador who turns casual browsers into loyal brand advocates. Working evenings and weekends, you will provide timely, empathetic, and solution‑driven support across phone, email, and chat channels. Your ability to solve riddles, recommend outfits, and create delightful experiences will directly influence customer satisfaction, repeat purchase rates, and the overall health of the brand.

Role Overview

This part‑time, remote position is scheduled for Friday through Sunday, 2 pm – 10 pm EST. You will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including merchandising, logistics, and product development—to ensure that every customer interaction reflects arenaflex’s high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound customer contacts (phone, email, chat) during your shift with a friendly, relatable tone.
  • Guide new and prospective shoppers through the arenaflex experience, from product discovery to checkout.
  • Answer order‑related questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear next‑step recommendations.
  • Exercise empowered decision‑making to resolve concerns while balancing customer delight with business objectives.
  • Collect, synthesize, and share customer feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a minimum of 70 quality interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ad‑hoc projects, such as creating FAQ content, testing new support tools, or assisting with promotional campaigns.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future analysis.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, support, or related role, preferably in e‑commerce or fashion.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey empathy and clarity.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude—quickly diagnosing issues and delivering effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and collaborate with external team members as business needs evolve.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
