Position Overview
arenaflex is seeking a motivated Remote Part‑Time Data Entry & IT Support Specialist to serve as a trusted partner for our crew members worldwide. In this role, you will provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance, manage service requests, and ensure that all arenaflex crew members have reliable access to the tools they need to perform at their best. This position is based in Montego Bay, Jamaica, with occasional travel to Kingston and the United States for on‑site collaboration and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Deliver prompt, courteous support for all arenaflex hardware and software, including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and communication devices.
