Why This Role Matters

The Global Activation Lead, Customer and Business Intelligence, Go‑to‑Market sits at the strategic heart of arenaflex’s Go‑to‑Market Operations (GtM) organization. In this pivotal position, you will translate complex data sets into actionable insights that shape the company’s advertising strategy, influence product roadmaps, and drive revenue growth across multiple regions. You will partner directly with senior leaders in Product, Marketing, and Global Business, ensuring that the wealth of customer and market intelligence we generate is not only understood but actively applied to real‑world business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Activation: Design and execute global activation strategies that increase awareness and adoption of customer and market insights across arenaflex’s advertising portfolio.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with Global Business, Marketing, and Product teams to secure sponsorship, align on priorities, and embed insights into go‑to‑market plans.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as the subject‑matter expert on the advertising industry, delivering timely briefings on emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Lead activation initiatives from concept through delivery, defining project milestones, pilot programs, success metrics, and governance structures.
  • Communication Excellence: Craft compelling written communications, executive‑level presentations, and storytelling narratives that translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Analytical Rigor: Conduct deep quantitative and qualitative research, building complex data models, dashboards, and reports that support strategic decision‑making.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture learnings from activation efforts, feed them back into the Customer and Business Intelligence team, and continuously refine the activation roadmap.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory; or 4 years of experience combined with an advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to create complex data sets, perform data modeling, and generate insightful reports.
  • Deep understanding of the ads business across arenaflex’s product suite—including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Apps, Measurement, and related solutions.
  • Proven track record of framing and solving ambiguous problems, driving impact on high‑visibility strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to build cross‑functional relationships, influence partner teams, and blend quantitative with qualitative insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling at the project level.

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $142,000 – $211,000, plus performance‑based bonus, equity participation, and a comprehensive benefits package. While the displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries across all US locations, actual compensation will be calibrated based on your specific location, experience, and skill set.
