Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to serve as Temporary Work‑From‑Home Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the friendly voice that greets arenaflex shoppers, processes orders, answers product questions, and ensures every caller experiences the legendary arenaflex service. The position is fully remote, based in Maine, and runs through the peak holiday season—from Thanksgiving through Christmas. While the role is temporary, the impact you make on our customers and brand reputation will be lasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (extended to 10:00 PM during peak periods).
  • Provide accurate product information, guide customers through the purchasing process, and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Enter orders into arenaflex’s order‑management system, ensuring all details are captured correctly and compliance standards are met.
  • Maintain a quiet, secure home workspace that complies with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, protecting customer data at all times.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors via Microsoft Teams, participating in daily briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends to the operations team to help improve processes and product offerings.
  • Adhere to attendance and scheduling expectations, providing at least 24 hours of weekly availability, with mandatory coverage on high‑traffic days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and one weekend day).
  • Complete all required onboarding, training, and competency assessments using the provided virtual platforms.

Essential Qualifications

  • Home Office Requirements: A dedicated, quiet workspace in Maine equipped with a personal computer, webcam, separate headset with USB microphone, monitor (minimum 17", 24" preferred), full‑size keyboard with numeric keypad, mouse with scroll wheel, and a surge‑protected power strip.
  • System Specifications: Windows 10 (or later) or macOS Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma with at least 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred).
  • Internet Connectivity: Broadband service delivering minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds; wired connection required (satellite not permitted).
  • Phone Access: A reliable landline or mobile phone for emergency contact, in addition to the provided VoIP phone.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to the arenaflex campus in Freeport, ME (within a two‑hour radius) for equipment pickup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote call‑center or customer‑service environment.
  • Familiarity with PCI compliance and data‑privacy best practices.
