Key Responsibilities
Oversee the creation and updating of client accounts. Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of client profile information. Efficiently process online bidder approvals. Manage client information updates, generate reports, and oversee shipping instructions. Organize and maintain mailing list data entries. Process bidder/show cards and validate sales tax information. Gather and manage responses from client surveys. Execute additional duties as assigned. Required Skills High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional multitasking capabilities and a strong attention to detail. A positive demeanor and a proactive approach to learning. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience.
