Job Summary: Role: Salesforce Project Manager cum Scrum Master to handle end to end project delivery balancing traditional project management budget risk scope with Agile facilitation sprint planning ceremonies to drive team performance and meet objectives Experience: 1 Stakeholder Communication Management a Must have experience in working collaborating with geographically distributed Cross Functional teams and Business Partners across continents b Experience in talking to Customer technology managers business units technical teams senior management for defining scope multiple project delivery timelines dependencies and risks 2 Project Execution a Must have experience in managing globally distributed Agile teams define processes develop sustainable solutions and long term strategies in alignment with cost quality schedule b Experienced playing Scrum Master Techno functional PM role handling Scrum Kanban Agile teams diligently applying Agile Kanban values principles and practices c Experienced with Agile metric dashboards reporting d Proficient in conducting all the Scrum ceremonies within collocated as well as distributed teams e Project Planning and Execution sizing estimation planning milestones tracking and reporting to Customer management f Monitoring and tracking time scope risk cost quality team and Customer expectations management 3 Team Management A. Experience in managing teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities across globe b. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction security quality and teams performance c.
