About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager (CPA) to lead audit engagements, oversee quality assurance processes, mentor audit professionals, and support firm-wide growth initiatives. This leadership role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, improve audit operations, and contribute to the continued expansion of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical review and quality control of audit engagements.
  • Manage audits for public, nonprofit, and government-related clients.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop audit team members.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and modernization of audit workflows.
  • Partner with firm leadership on client service and business initiatives.
  • Support client relationship management and engagement delivery.
  • Contribute to growth strategies, acquisition integration efforts, and business development activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
  • 5-10+ years of public accounting audit experience.
  • Strong experience with nonprofit, public sector, or HUD-related audits.
  • Proven leadership experience managing audit teams and reviewing work.
  • Deep understanding of auditing standards, compliance requirements, and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
