Read This First This is not a normal sales job. There is no base salary. There are no employee benefits. There is no guaranteed paycheck. That is intentional. We are looking for a select few highly ambitious people who want to bet on themselves, make a high volume of outbound calls, get coached hard, and earn based on performance. If you are looking for a traditional SDR role, a steady paycheck, or a regular corporate sales environment, this is not the right fit. If you are hungry, resilient, coachable, money-motivated, and willing to make calls every day to build real income, keep reading. The Opportunity We are a fast-growing private lending company that helps real estate investors finance bridge, fix-and-flip, rental, and construction deals. We use an in-house, data-driven outbound system to identify active real estate investors and connect with them about relevant financing solutions. These are not random lists. We provide curated, highly targeted investor leads based on property, lender, transaction, and activity signals. Your job is simple, but not easy: Call real estate investors. Start conversations. Find financing opportunities. Follow up with discipline and persistence. Move qualified prospects into our loan process. Earn commission when loans close. We provide the leads, tools, training, scripts, CRM, phone system, follow-up systems, pricing tools, and internal team support. You provide the effort, discipline, coachability, and resilience. What Makes This Different Most commission-only sales roles are sink-or-swim. This is different. We are not asking you to figure everything out alone. You will get direct coaching, a clear process, targeted investor leads, and the tools needed to turn conversations into live lending opportunities. We are not just offering leads. We are offering intensive coaching, direct feedback, and the chance to build yourself into a high-level salesperson. We will give you serious training and real opportunity, but we will also expect serious effort, honesty, and consistency. You will be trained on:

  • How to open calls with real estate investors
  • How to identify financing needs
  • How to qualify bridge, rental, fix-and-flip, and construction loan opportunities
  • How to follow up professionally and effectively
  • How to use our CRM, phone system, and sales tools
  • How to move a prospect from first conversation to term sheet and loan application

This role is for someone who wants to become excellent at sales, not someone who wants to casually “try it out.” What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to pre-qualified real estate investor leads
  • Speak with investors about current or upcoming financing needs
  • Qualify prospects for private lending products
  • Follow up consistently by phone, email, and text using our systems
  • Use HubSpot and our sales tools to manage your pipeline
  • Learn our call frameworks, products, pricing tools, and process
  • Work with our internal team to move qualified deals forward
  • Take feedback seriously and improve quickly

Once ramped, you should be comfortable making approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day. Who We Want We care less about your resume and more about how you are wired. This role may be a strong fit if you are:

You do not need a fancy background, a finance degree, or prior lending experience. But you do need to be sharp, coachable, disciplined, and willing to do the work. Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, real estate, mortgage, insurance, solar, home services, business financing, or other commission-based sales roles is helpful, but not required. The most important traits are hunger, consistency, communication ability, coachability, resilience, and integrity. Who Should Not Apply Please do not apply if:

This is a high-upside role, but it is not easy money.

Compensation

Compensation shown is estimated annualized commission potential, not a guaranteed salary. This is a 1099 contractor role with no base salary and no benefits. Compensation is paid per closed loan and is uncapped. Actual earnings depend on call volume, conversion rate, loan size, and closed production. Because real estate investor loans can be substantial, successful reps can earn meaningful commissions per closing. Final commission terms will be provided during the interview process and included in the contractor agreement. Location and Schedule This role is fully remote. You can work from home or anywhere with reliable phone and internet. You will have significant flexibility in your schedule. But flexibility does not mean low effort. Success in this role requires consistent daily outbound activity, disciplined follow-up, and a serious commitment to getting better.
