We are seeking motivated Commission-Only Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to dive into the indoor gardening industry and drive sales across both B2C and B2B markets. The successful candidate will focus solely on generating sales, with a flat 10% commission on the revenue of each successfully fulfilled order. There is no maximum to the amount you can earn and you are empowered to utilize whatever methods of marketing and sales you feel most comfortable using (whether that is cold calling, social media marketing, affiliate marketing, building sales funnels, word of mouth, etc.). There are no specific schedule or location requirements. Key Responsibilities: Generate sales for our range of indoor gardening supplies. Engage with both individual and business customers to expand our client base. Ensure pricing integrity by adhering to our websites listed prices. Utilize our system for order entry with accuracy and efficiency. Drive sales using a referral/affiliate link if familiar with affiliate marketing. Requirements: Legally eligible to work in the United States as a 1099 contractor. Ability to generate sales anywhere within the contiguous United States. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a passion for the indoor gardening industry. No previous industry experience required, but preferred. Compensation: This is a commission-only position, offering a flat 10% commission on the revenue of orders that are entered and successfully fulfilled. Earn 5% commission on orders made through your referral/affiliate link. Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions. Receive a 10% employee discount and earn reward points for additional discounts. Training & Support: Basic training will be provided on how to enter orders into our system (Shopify). Sales representatives are expected to be self-sufficient post-training. Basic leads will be provided if we have them (e.g. abandoned cart details, etc.), but it is expected that you will generate your own leads.
