Key Responsibilities
Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting clients with their transportation needs. Dispatch drivers efficiently, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. Keep track of scheduling changes, route updates, and client requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
