A rapidly growing home fragrance brand taking on a traditionally boring, predictable industry with fresh branding and unique products. We recently launched our TikTok Shop, and are directly partnered with TikTok's home goods team for aggressive growth. We're expanding our creative team and looking for a talented content creator to help grow our TikTok presence. You'll craft viral short-form videos that captivate millions and potentially host live shopping streams that turn viewers into customers. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of a rising brand, influence product launches, and potentially become the face of our company on one of the world's fastest-growing platforms. What you'll do: • Craft addictive short-form videos that make our products go viral • Ride the wave of TikTok trends and give them a branded twist • Influence our product line with your insights on trends and our community • Collaborate with our marketing team to to create scroll-stopping content • Potentially host TikTok live shopping events, bringing products to life through engaging live streams where you interact with an audience Who we're looking for: • A talented content creator who understands what works on social • A TikTok or social media portfolio that showcases your creativity • A finger on the pulse of trends and how to apply them to brand storytelling • Quick thinking and adaptability - our industry moves fast, and so do we • A collaborative spirit to work with our marketing team and bring ideas to life • Experience creating content for brands is a definite plus • Familiarity with TikTok Shop puts you ahead of the curve • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a dynamic startup environment The fine print: • This is a remote role, but occasional trips to our El Monte, CA production warehouse for behind-the-scenes content are needed • Content creation ability > resume • Your application MUST include links to your TikTok or short-form video content to be considered Apply Job!
