Clinical Recruiter (Remote, Part-time)

About the Position This role will focus on high-volume recruitment of advanced practice clinicians (NPs, PAs, and etc) and therapists. Key Responsibilities: • Screen, interview, and evaluate a high volume of candidates, focusing on clinical roles like NPs, PAs, and mental health therapists. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with advanced practice clinicians, catering to both active and passive job seekers. • Provide a tailored and exceptional candidate... experience, reflecting the unique aspects of advanced practice healthcare professions. Qualifications: • (Required) Experience in high-volume healthcare recruitment. • (Required) Strong understanding of practice conditions, qualifications and roles of advanced practice clinicians and mental health therapists. • (Required) Excellent communication and writing abilities. • (Required) Proficiency in modern recruitment technologies and systems.
