Your Role and Responsibilities • The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing solutions to solve a business problem, including but not limited to installation, configuration, integration and implementation of projects for the Data and AI IBM product portfolio tailored to specific client requirements. Responsibilities also include participating in requirements gathering and design sessions with clients, analyzing existing processes, and converting business needs into technical designs. • This role requires a deep understanding of business challenges across various industries and the ability to provide effective solutions using relevant products. A Solution Architect must stay informed about industry trends, market directions, and stakeholder needs, leveraging their expertise in IBM products to design, develop, and customize solutions. Required Technical and Professional Expertise • Direct experience in the following products and technologies: watsonx.ai, Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery, LLM, AI • Strong experience with capacity planning, scalability, performance, and load testing concepts • Strong knowledge of integration and commonly used patterns, able to apply such knowledge in solution design • Experience or strong knowledge of application programming/scripting technologies (Java/J2EE, AJX, ASP, BPEL/BPML, SQL, XSLT, Linux/Unix/Windows shell scripts) • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise • Experience working with IBM complementary products: IBM Cloud Packs, Cognos, DB2 • Knowledge of RedHat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and deploying container applications • Knowledge of Cloud technologies • Strong experience working with senior IT and non-IT executives • Demonstrated experience in multi-shore management, teamwork and execution Apply Job!
