What is your impact on your role? • Effectively plan, distribute, and manage the deployment of operational support resources throughout the development lifecycle, across multiple development • Manages downtime/fixes, incidents, and issues across the team • Manages engineers and/or performance analysts in the local market team • Tracks, reviews, and reports operational support costs throughout the development lifecycle • Single point of contact for company/development groups or vendors requesting support to resolve issues • Directs operational resources to resolve/prevent issues as Prevention includes ensuring adequate performance monitoring for critical applications • Enforcement of manufacturing assurance practices • Facilitates the use of technical expert skills to drive engineering designs/improvements • Assists in quality assessments by supporting metric assessments for major changes • Contributes to policy development and Procedures for manufacturing and service support functions • Ensures adherence to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compliance process for handling incidents, problems, and changes. Minimum Qualifications • 2+ years of technical experience in a mainframe environment. • Experience designing and implementing mainframe and distributed • More than 2 years of experience in mainframe infrastructure, hardware, and operating systems. • More than two years of problem, change, and incident queue tracking, capability compliance enforcement, root cause analysis, and change quality Preferred Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Previous experience in an operational or support role Apply Job!
