Distance Learning SPED Teacher - Remote | WFH

Join our team as a Remote Special Education Teacher and provide impactful support and instruction from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities... Create and deliver personalized online lessons tailored to each student's needs. Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and track student progress to ensure growth. Work closely with general education teachers and other specialists to support student success. Conduct virtual assessments and collect data to monitor and evaluate student performance. Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed and engaged. Adapt curriculum and develop digital resources to meet the unique needs of special education students. Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues in team meetings.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Special Education is preferred. Valid teaching credential with a special education endorsement. At least 3 years of experience working in special education. Deep understanding of various disabilities and effective, evidence-based interventions. Comfortable and skilled in using technology for online teaching and instruction. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Ability to build positive relationships with students in a virtual setting.
