Since our establishment in 2020, we've expanded from tutoring all levels of math to include subjects such as English Language Arts (ELA), sciences, languages, test preparation, computer science, and business math. We are currently looking for passionate and skilled Algebra tutors to join our team. You will be expected to tutor a range of math topics, from 6th grade through college level, in addition to Algebra.
Responsibilities
Communicate professionally and promptly with students and clients. Assess students' current understanding of the subject matter. Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to meet individual student needs. Provide clear, engaging instruction to facilitate learning. Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback and support. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and stakeholders to ensure student success. Manage your schedule effectively to accommodate student needs. Foster a positive and productive learning environment for students.

Passion for education and helping students succeed. Flexible and adaptable teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles. Professional and timely communication skills. Proficiency in using online tutoring tools. Ability to connect with students on a personal level and make learning engaging and fun. Patience and empathy towards student challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of professional tutoring experience. 1+ years of online tutoring experience. Fast, reliable internet connection. Own a computer/laptop, stylus pen, and headphones. Professional, quiet environment for tutoring sessions. U.S.-based bank account and a valid SSN. Strong subject matter expertise in the areas you will be teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management skills. Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with 70% of availability during peak hours (Monday - Thursday, 3pm - 11pm Eastern).
