Project Advisor - Composition Tools Setup This posting is for W-2 employees only. Staffing company candidates and independent contractors will not be considered. All work for this opportunity will be performed in the United States... REMOTE POSITION Monday-Friday, core hours: 8 am-5 pm CT. Occasional overtime may arise as needed. Position Summary The Business Project Advisor is responsible for implementing and designing new communications within a Modern Communication tool. This role involves working on high-profile corporate and client initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure requirements are strategically aligned, accurately implemented and delivered on time. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining workflows, templates, and program rules, monitoring daily production, conducting research, proofing, and data queries. The Business Project Advisor will also mentor and lead peers, as well as initiate and implement continuous improvement projects. Primary Functions ? Creatively and strategically design solutions within Modern Composition tools to enhance functionality. ? Support critical and complex initiatives with minimal assistance. ? Collaborate across the organization to resolve issues and develop solutions, including preparing ad-hoc analyses as needed. ? Provide people leadership, including mentoring and/or leading less experienced analysts and peers. ? Lead and support the implementation of process improvements, including best practices and quality improvement. ? Monitor and report on project health. ? Interface with IT/developers regarding product requirements and system enhancements. ? Create and maintain process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs). ? Create and maintain workflows, including the creation and coding of communication templates and program rules. ? Monitor daily production activities. ? Triage and report on issues. Key Qualifications ? BA/BS degree preferred. ? 3 years of relevant experience. ? Proficiency in SQL coding preferred. ? Ability to lead projects. ? Strong data management and technical skills. ? Highly organized, able to work independently, motivated to meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. ? Knowledge of client systems and platforms is helpful. ? Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus. ? Ability to work cross-functionally. ? Excellent oral and written communication skills. ? Willingness to work a flexible schedule to manage timelines and meet project deadlines. ? PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM products and services, is helpful. ? Proficiency in PCs, Internet, Windows, and MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Visio). ? Experience with Messagepoint/GMC, Crawford ProDesigner, Indellient/Blue Relay is preferred.
