As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming inquiries from customers via email and live chat. As the first point of contact, your role is crucial in providing professional and friendly service to assist customers with their various needs. These inquiries will range from support requests to sales-related questions. You will have access to documentation for the most common questions and full support from our team. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements: Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop). Ability to work independently. Strong capability to follow detailed instructions.
