Responsibilities • Respond promptly to gig workers' inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information through our chat support system. • Address and resolve gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and professionalism. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient chat support experience for gig workers. • Stay up-to-date with the features and functionalities of the NoGigiddy platform and our partner staffing apps. • Assist gig workers in navigating the NoGigiddy platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter. • Actively promote the benefits and features of NoGigiddy to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation. • Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
