Job Type Full-time Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours available) Responsibilities • Accurately enter medical data into our electronic health record (EHR) system. • Verify and update patient information. • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. • Review and correct discrepancies in medical records. • Support clinical staff with data retrieval and reporting. • Assist in the generation of monthly and quarterly reports. • Collaborate with the IT department to resolve data entry issues. • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
