Job Description

ABC Financial Services is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team in Florida. As a Client Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with our financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients with account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and follow up on escalated cases.
• Educate clients about our financial products and services.
• Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of client services.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
