Job Summary

Title: Retail Clerk (Part-Time)

Location: Perryville, US

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Retail Clerk for one our top retail chains, Walmart, based in Perryville. This is a part-time role offering competitive pay at $12 – $14 per hour, with working hours not exceeding 4 hours a day.

Job Description

As a Retail Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. You’ll be dealing with all sales-related tasks including managing payments and exchanges, maintaining sales floor stock, and client management.

1. Proven work experience in retail, sales, or other related fields.

2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to build rapport with customers.

5. Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

3. Maintain a fully stocked store.

4. Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.

5. Recommend and display items that match customer needs.

6. Manage point-of-sale processes.

Educational Qualifications

A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. However, we are open to individuals with a passion for retail and providing excellent customer service.

Experience
