Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $18-$22 per hour, dependent on experience. You will be working 40 hours a week, assisting customers, resolving their inquiries, and providing an exceptional customer experience. This role is based in our New York office.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Amazon, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns through various channels including phone, email, and chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Educational Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
