Job Summary:

United Parcel Service (UPS) is seeking a dedicated route driver to join our team. This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity to work with one of the leading logistics companies in the US.

Description:

The dedicated route driver is a critical member of the UPS team, responsible for safely and effectively transporting goods from our distribution center to various locations. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, maintaining a high level of professionalism while delivering packages on time.

Responsibility:

– Follow pre-set routes to deliver packages to UPS clients.

– Maintain ongoing communication with the dispatcher.

– Ensure all deliveries are made on time.

– Adhere to all safety regulations while operating the vehicle.

– Load and unload packages from the vehicle.

– Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.

Requirements:

– Must have a valid driver’s license.

– Must have a clean driving record.

– Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

– Excellent time management skills.

– Strong communication skills.

Education:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

– Previous experience in a delivery driver role is preferred but not mandatory.
