Job Summary:
Our company, Uber Eats, is currently in search of a dedicated and self-motivated Courier Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours of less than 4 hours per day, with compensation paid on a per delivery basis. The remuneration package includes health and dental benefits and paid training. Additionally, you have the opportunity to earn more during peak dining hours and can choose to work that suits your schedule.
Job Description:
As a Courier Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility will be to pick up food orders from various restaurants and deliver them to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will utilize the Uber Eats app to receive orders and navigate your way to pick-up and drop-off locations. Customer service is paramount, and you’ll have the chance to represent the Uber Eats brand to both restaurants and consumers.
Responsibilities:
– Accepting orders within the Uber Eats app
– Picking up food orders from partner restaurants
– Ensuring the quality of the food order, packaging, and presentation meets high standards
– Delivering orders to customers promptly
– Displaying excellent customer service skills
– Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
Requirements:
– A reliable vehicle (Car, Bike, Scooter)
– Valid drivers license and clean driving record
– Proof of auto insurance
– Ability to handle heavy packages and food goods
– Strong time management and customer service skills
– Ability to work in various weather conditions
Educational Qualifications:
No specific qualifications are needed for this role. However, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
No specific experience is required for this role. We provide paid training to get you up to speed and ready to deliver.
