Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data programs
  • Experience with administrative and clerical tasks

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer

Responsibilities

  • Inputting and updating data into our database
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
  • Correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
  • Maintaining data confidentiality and security
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
