Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Responsibilities: • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. • Provide product information and recommendations. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor. • Meet performance metrics and targets.
