Responsibilities – Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. – Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives. – Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. – Follow communication guidelines and policies to maintain Delta Airlines’ high standards. – Collaborate with the team to improve processes and the overall customer experience. – Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. – Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
