Training And Development • Engage in an extensive training program during the initial 4-5 weeks, designed to equip you with essential skills and knowledge. • Training compensation is set at $17 per hour, with progression to increased compensation upon successful completion of assessments. • Training consists of instructor-led web-based sessions and video modules to facilitate learning. • Please note that there is no paid time off (PTO) available during the first three months. Essential Responsibilities • Manage 20-30 calls daily, with an average duration of 8-9 minutes per call. • Provide education and assistance to customers concerning their benefits plans. • Process enrollment transactions and address any arising issues. • Accurately document all customer interactions within the client system. • Utilize call guides to access client-specific information and deliver precise responses. Required Skills • At least 1 year of experience in a call center, hospitality, or retail customer service role. • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Capacity to manage multiple monitors and adapt swiftly to new systems. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred Qualifications • Background in employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, or claims processing is advantageous. • Familiarity with COBRA and retiree processing preferred.
