The Organization Future Physicians, a nonprofit organization that seeks to connect high school and college students with medicine and research-related opportunities completely for free. Includes free services of emailing/connecting with professors, doctors, hospitals, clinics, professors, and more to connect students that apply on our website to either a volunteer opportunity, internship, shadowing opportunity, or research opportunity remotely or near them that is related to the medical field. Website: futurephysicians.org The Marketing Intern is responsible for: • Developing bespoke content and writing copy for online marketing and social media outreach • Work with executive management to drive company growth by developing and improving business development and marketing strategies • Track and interpret marketing analytics and conduct market research to optimize market penetration and user engagement This is an internship, remote role lasting from July 2024 to October 2024 assuming good performance. Internships may be extended depending on performance. What You’ll Do/Responsibilities • Commit at least an hour on the weekdays and 2 hours on the weekends • Attend meetings within short notice • Develop marketing content for the nonprofit on various social media platforms • Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to achieve business goals. • Create compelling email content, including copywriting, designing templates, and incorporating visuals. • Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics. • Analyze email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and generate actionable insights. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. • Perform other projects and tasks as assigned. What You Need/Qualifications • Social Media Marketing and Communication skills • Social Media Content Creation and Video Production skills • Experience in managing social media platforms • Passion for medicine • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative mindset and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team • Previous experience in social media management is a plus Apply Job!
