About the Role

You will manage every aspect of our projectsfrom planning and execution to monitoring and completionensuring effective use of resources and budgets. Additionally, you will drive innovation by developing and implementing processes that continually enhance our service delivery and meet the evolving needs of young people. About You A proven leader with a passion for youth work and a track record of successfully managing teams and projects. Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others. A commitment to continuous improvement and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in youth services. This is a fundamental role within the MAP Senior Management Team and is an ideal opportunity for an experienced leader or for someone looking to develop their career within Youth Work.
