Qualifications: Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Capable of empathizing with customers, managing difficult conversations, and de-escalating tense situations. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and navigate through various systems effectively. Technical proficiency to manage software installations/uninstallations and troubleshoot equipment issues. Position Details: Contract Length: Flexible, with no fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Hours Per Week: Flexible schedule ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week. Requirements: Access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, laptop) for using chat and social media functions. Ability to work independently, closely follow instructions, and maintain availability for at least 5 hours per week.
