Remote Part-Time Bookkeeper or Bookkeeping Service | WFH
Job Overview We are looking for a committed part-time bookkeeper or bookkeeping service provider to join our team in a remote capacity, dedicating 8-12 hours per week, ideally distributed over 2-3 days. You will collaborate closely with our existing part-time bookkeeper, who is available from 1 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday. As we embark on a transition from our legacy ERP system to a new... ERP solution in the coming two months, comprehensive training on both systems will be provided to ensure you are adequately prepared for the responsibilities of this role. Key Responsibilities Reconcile bank statements and execute monthly closings. Support insurance renewals and oversee new employee documentation. Manage invoicing for factory-direct shipments alongside other administrative duties. Required Skills Proficiency in MS Excel. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Capacity to work independently as well as in a team setting. Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent; accounting certification is advantageous.
