Required Skills • Proven ability to support a sales force of 40+ representatives in the gift, souvenir, or home market. • In-depth understanding of market dynamics and business requirements, with the agility to adapt to evolving trends. • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in project management, adept at managing multiple clients and team members simultaneously. • Proficient in analytical tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and ERP systems for information tracking, report generation, and problem-solving. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and guiding team success. • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Qualifications • A successful background in sales management, particularly in the gift, souvenir, or home décor industry. • Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
