Key Responsibilities • Engage in outreach efforts to connect with potential program participants, delivering comprehensive and clear information about program requirements. • Accurately maintain records of program activities, ensuring all data is systematically entered into the designated databases. • Provide support for research tasks as directed by the executive team. • Ensure that the facility is adequately supplied to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations. • Work collaboratively with team members on various projects to promote a cohesive work environment. • Demonstrate strong multitasking capabilities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Required Skills • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and maintain a positive demeanor in all interactions. • Possess excellent attention to detail, along with robust organizational and prioritization skills. • Strong oral and written communication abilities. • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team framework. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. • At least 1 year of relevant office experience, highlighting strong writing and computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential). • Highly organized, capable of producing exceptional work even under tight deadlines. • Experience collaborating with remote colleagues is advantageous. • A clean driving record is required.
