Qualifications • Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is advantageous, though not mandatory. • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. • Willingness to undergo a background check is required. • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in office settings, customer service, or call center environments is preferred.
