The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identifying and correcting data discrepancies and errors.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve data-related issues.
  • Maintaining organized records of verified data and discrepancies.
  • Conducting regular audits of data to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assisting in the development of data verification processes and procedures.
  • Generating reports on data quality and verification activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management preferred.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
