Develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy for all Disney brands and properties. Lead a team of digital experience professionals to create and execute innovative and engaging digital experiences for our audiences. Stay informed and up-to-date on digital trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance and evolve our digital experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technology, to ensure cohesive and seamless integration of digital experiences across all platforms. Manage and allocate resources, budgets, and timelines for all digital experience projects. Conduct market research and gather insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support the execution of digital experiences. Monitor and analyze data and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital experiences and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Disney standards for all digital experiences.
