Student - UpReach Assistant to the Program Director (Work Study Only)

The opportunity Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Assistant to the Program Director for UpReach Therapeutic Equestrian Center in Goffstown, NH. This student will gain a wide range of experience in program support. The student will have the opportunity to be involved in multiple areas of programing offered, volunteer management and experience the daily functions of a nonprofit organization. Job Responsibilities: • Provide direct support to the program staff in the development, implementation and evaluation of new and current programming. • Assist in the collection, analysis and reporting of program data. • Work with participants in mounted and unmounted lessons. • Support the Volunteer Coordinator as needed. • Learn about community needs and take part in various community initiatives and events. Minimum Qualifications: • Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program • Work study part of financial aid package • Students with work study may be prioritized • Reliable transportation • Willingness to attend required mounted and unmounted trainings • Experience with Microsoft Suite • Demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality • Possess the ability to balance various projects simultaneously with attention to detail and follow through Learning Outcomes: Students will have the opportunity to develop time management, leadership and critical thinking skills. Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. Apply Job!
