Provides a limited degree of work guidance and leadership to other personnel. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Excellent customer service skills required. Additional details: blend of help desk and tier 2 responsibilities as needed. Candidates must to be able to lift computers and other related equipment up to 40 lbs.
