Executive Assistant – Remote, Flexible Role with Growth Potential

Our programs are innovative, intentional, and FUN. We’re looking for a flexible, adaptable, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. This position is vacant because our previous assistant was promoted internally. What You’ll Do: This is a remote-first position with occasional local tasks that require being based in the Portland Metro area (such as organizing materials, delivering supplies, or coordinating logistics). You’ll be the right-hand person to the owner, helping with a variety of administrative, operational, and research-based tasks to keep the business running smoothly. Your work will focus on: • Inbox and calendar management • Scheduling and coordination • Document creation and process improvement • Research and outreach • Supporting recruitment and onboarding • Assisting with operations and marketing tasks • Occasional Personal Task Support – Assist with light research and personal scheduling to help the owner stay organized and maintain work-life balance. We’re a small team, and everyone pitches in where needed. The right candidate is comfortable wearing many hats and jumping in to support various areas of the business.
