Nursing Assistant / Caregiver - Every Other Weekend

Job Title: Community Care Assistant (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA / HMKR) Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour + $32 per hour Aide Visit Rate! Schedule Options: Days (Staffing times between 7:00am and 7:00pm) Availability: Starting PT working into FT Bonuses: Up to $2000 in additional bonuses! Position Overview: Are you an experienced Caregiver looking to transition away from facility work and provide care in the community? Home Health Care, Inc. has several openings for exceptional Community Care Assistants seeking autonomy, flexibility, and fulfilling relationships with clients. We are looking for individuals across the Twin Cities for part-time availability, offering an assortment of hourly visits during the day. Successful applicants will have at least 1 year of caregiving experience and the ability to drive up to a 35-mile radius from home. Community Care Assistant Benefits: • Paid Orientation with lunch provided • Employee Referral Program up to $600 • Paid travel time between visits • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans (Full-Time) • Paid Time Off (Full-Time) • Mileage Reimbursement (Full-Time) Responsibilities: • Client Visits: Drive to visit clients in their homes for at least 2 hours at a time. • Build Rapport: Develop strong relationships with older adult clientele through weekly visits. • Daily Living Assistance: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as getting up in the morning, going to bed at night, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing, and toilet arrangements. • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, participate in meetings and training activities as directed. • Hands-on Care: Provide hands-on care such as transfers and therapeutic exercises. Qualifications: • Experience: 1+ year of prior direct caregiving experience is required. • Travel: Ability to drive up to a 35-mile radius from your home. • Age: At least 18 years of age. • Work Authorization: Valid documentation to work in the U.S. • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. • Knowledge Quiz: Pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz. • Availability: Minimum availability of 10 hours per week and 1 weekend shift per month.
