Job Description : Assistant to Call Center Consultant Location: Kansas preferred (open to candidates from anywhere in the US willing to travel) Company Overview: We are a leading provider of call center consulting and federal training services, committed to excellence in customer service and employee development. As part of our expansion, we are seeking two dynamic and experienced Assistants to support our Call Center Consultant/Federal Training team. Responsibilities: Assist the Call Center Consultant/Federal Training team in coordinating and executing training programs. Facilitate call center training sessions, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to established protocols. Conduct new hire training sessions, providing comprehensive guidance and support to incoming employees. Utilize HR expertise to assist in talent acquisition processes, including candidate screening and onboarding. Provide executive assistance to senior management as needed, including scheduling, correspondence management, and meeting coordination. Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and accommodation. Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center training and quality assurance. Proven experience in conducting new hire training programs. With training assistant experienced in training and HR. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to travel as needed, with availability on specified training dates (April 23, 24 & 25; August 20, 21 & 22). Benefits: Opportunities for professional development and advancement.
