Kelly Education is hiring for Substitute Teachers and Substitute Special Education Paraprofessionals (teacher assistant) positions for the 2024/25 school year! School will be starting mid-August. Education Requirements: HS diploma or GED Districts in Cedar Lake, Gary, and Michigan City Payrates: $70-$115/day (depending on license level and school district) or for paraprofessionals $15/hour. Duties: For Daily Substitute Teachers you'll provide instruction, encourage student progress, manage the learning environment, implement existing lesson plans in a manner that ensures the integrity of academic time and motivates students to learn and participate.
